I'm Paweł Bałazy. Since 2007 I have worked as a systems engineer in the automotive industry, on passive safety systems. I plan tests, analyse the results and present them to engineers at premium car manufacturers.
In that work a report has to be right every time, not just most of the time. That is why I have been automating test data processing and reporting for years, and I bring the same precision to projects for businesses.

No. You get a ready-to-use tool with a simple interface: pick a file and click Start. Excel files with macros work with buttons right in the sheet.
Whatever suits your setup: a .exe program for Windows, an .xlsm file, a Python project to run on your server, or a script that runs automatically, for example every day at 4 a.m.
A short description of the problem. A sample input file and a sketch of the expected output help most. For larger systems we settle the details on a short call.
Through Fiverr, which holds your payment until you accept the work. Clients in Poland can also order through Useme and receive a VAT invoice.
Your data is used only for your project and never shared with third parties. I'm happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
