Data controller

The controller of personal data collected through coding.net.pl is Paweł Bałazy. For any privacy questions, write to kontakt@coding.net.pl.

Email enquiries

If you email me, I process your email address and the information in your message. I use it only to answer your enquiry and to correspond about possible work together (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). I keep messages for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting project.

Cookies and Google Analytics

The site stores only your cookie choice in your browser.

With your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) the site uses Google Analytics, a service of Google Ireland Limited. It collects anonymised information about pages visited and time spent on the site, which helps me improve it. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA under standard contractual clauses.

The Google Analytics script only loads after you click “Accept”. You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Netlify's servers may temporarily log technical connection data, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure and running.

Sharing data

I do not sell personal data or pass it to others for marketing purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. To exercise these rights, write to kontakt@coding.net.pl.
